Burr White Realty is the largest and most respected property management company on the Balboa Peninsula. We currently manage an additional 250 properties which offer long-term tenancy. We rent to more tenants who want to live on the peninsula than any other company due to our personal service as well as our excellent inventory of managed homes. We also offer 100 additional properties featuring 9-month or "winter" leases. These are available every September and many are available for pre-lease every year starting in April.
