BSG helps entrepreneurial growth companies succeed.  We work with Founder/CEOs and management teams of in all areas of planning and execution, providing on-going strategic, tactical, and financial support.   Depending upon the need, we often “embed” BSG partners and members – all of whom have decades of leadership and operational experience – into interim management positions in the leadership teams of our Client Partners. 

We also assist Client Partners with capital sourcing.  BSG’s principals have arranged more than 500 financings, including private debt and equity placements, angel financing and other seed capital, venture capital, mezzanine capital, bridge financing, public equity and real estate and construction loans.  We structure financing solutions, employing diverse techniques appropriate to ongoing business needs.  We can also prepare offering materials, including market and competitive research, business plans, and investor presentations.
