Uncompromised and Dedicated Service By Design Real Estate Services opened its doors in August 2011 with the vision of being a full-service real estate brokerage. While many real estate companies were focused on size and sales, owners Brad and Rhonda Martin conceptualized a company that would offer support in all areas of real estate to both buyers and sellers. In addition to serving their customers, serving the communities where the agents work and live was also a priority. From its humble beginnings, By Design Real Estate Services has gone from a single owner/agent to nineteen agents and staff and are ranked in the top three offices out of 158 in East Polk County. Our business model isn’t rocket science. Our focus has always been to hire the best agents and provide them with tools and ideas that enable them to provide Uncompromised and Dedicated Service.
