Founded in 1999, C2 Body has been a trusted Pilates studio and education center serving the Greater Boston community for more than two decades.

Co-founded by STOTT PILATES®–trained instructors and Total Barre® co-creators CC and Carolyn, C2 Body was built on a commitment to technical precision, principle-based instruction, and comprehensive instructor development.

Today, C2 Body operates three boutique studios in Dedham, Milton, and Walpole. Every class is grounded in Pilates principles, emphasizing breathwork, postural alignment, core stability, and controlled, precise movement delivered through safe, structured progression.

C2 Body is also home to a licensed Merrithew® Training Center in South Windsor, Connecticut, offering rigorous education in Pilates and Barre for aspiring and experienced instructors.
