Small business focus Target small to mid-sized enterprises in Birmingham and surrounding regions that rely on managed IT services, as this aligns with C2 Technology Systems' specialization and local presence.

Managed services emphasis Position offerings around comprehensive managed IT solutions, including security (Barracuda Email Protection), cloud (Microsoft Azure), and web/content management (WordPress, MySQL), to upsell ongoing monitoring and proactive support.

Security and compliance Leverage the existing security stack and emphasize proactive threat protection and data breach remediation to win clients wary of cyber risks in SMBs.

Growth through partnerships Explore referral or channel partnerships with local MSPs, software vendors, or regional IT consultancies to scale client acquisition and cross-sell managed services.

Competitive positioning Differentiate on personalized, local service and end-to-end IT support as a trusted Birmingham firm, targeting small clients that need a single go-to IT partner rather than large-scale vendors.
