Caliber, Inc. is a member of the Design Build Institute of America (DBIA), Green Building Alliance (GBA) and has affiliations with the U. S. Green Building Council (USGBC, LEED) and Project Management Institute (PMI). 

FORMING OUR MISSION 

Caliber Contracting Services, Inc. was formed in recognition of, and in response to, the needs of clients in the current construction market place. The owners of Caliber understand that contracting is a people based business. Our obligation is not simply to provide services but to assure those services address all the needs of our clients to the fullest extent possible.
We have combined our experience and strengths to develop a collaborative, client-focused approach to projects. Our philosophy is based on teamwork and integration, meshing contractor and owner resources to increase project knowledge, streamline the flow of information, immediately address “pains” or conflicts, and achieve project success through collaboration.
All team members’ interests are recognized and industry best practices are used to prioritize those interests and develop solutions that are in the best interests of the project.
