Seeing the early signs of a California land rush ignited by the new regulatory environment established by the passage of MMRSA, Tim immediately saw the value in being able to provide properly zoned property to cannabis licensees. With significant experience in both commercial real estate development and as a licensed cannabis grower in Illinois, Tim had a unique understanding of the challenges involved in the local entitlement process as well as the real estate requirements of an operator in the cannabis industry. Canna-Hub is the most experienced cannabis real estate developer in the State of California.

All Canna-Hub Business Communities and Canna-Hub Retrofits have already received local city zoning and authorization for all indoor cultivation licenses, as well as for manufacturing, testing, distribution and transportation. Mixed light cultivation is also approved at some locations. Licensees or prospective licensees do not need to spend valuable time and resources searching for suitable property or dealing with local authorities and their citizens to approve zoning and draft ordinances.
