CAPITAL COMMERCIAL PROPERTIES, LLC, was formed by Bob and Ramona Hildebran in 2006. These two principals have an aggregate of almost 50 years of commercial real estate brokerage and asset management services. Transactions and assignments have been completed for properties and portfolios located throughout the United States. The firm draws on their combined skills and the experiences derived from these years of assignments to provide the highest level of brokerage services.

Currently, Capital Commercial Properties provides brokerage services in those states where the firm is licensed, Idaho and Oregon.
