We create detailed sets of biddable, buildable documents to ensure a smooth bidding process with accurate bids and less questions, thus lowering client costs.  We thoroughly research local requirements and facilitate permitting with building and health departments, water authorities and fire marshals in every jurisdiction.  We actively monitor the construction process from start to finish through attendance at pre-construction meetings, progress meetings and field visits.  We maintain consistent and open communications and work closely with all members of the project team in reviewing RFIs, submittals and change order proposals.  We conduct a final review of the project for the client that includes an item-by-item checklist of any areas of concern, and maintain a comprehensive library of knowledge that we consistently apply to new projects.

Capstone Project Services, PLC also provides structural review and architectural design services to residential and commercial developers, and offers value engineering workshops which have helped our clients save thousands in project costs.
