The Carabetta Organization is a family owned company based in Meriden, CT for nearly 60 years. Building and managing affordable housing is the hallmark of The Carabetta Way. We still own and manage most of the apartment buildings we constructed during the 1960's and 1970's and these properties remain in excellent condition today.

Our experience includes working with private and public sectors as well as with the U.S. Government. Our portfolio includes apartment communities consisting of 17,000 residential dwellings and commercial developments. Our extensive experience has evolved over the past 60 years under the guidance, vision, broad range, and expertise of our Chief Executive Officer, Joseph F. Carabetta. With over a half century of development experience, our portfolio includes building and managing multifamily housing, elderly housing, single-family home developments and commercial developments.
