CARENO CONSTRUCTION CO., LLC was established in August of 2000. The partners include Paul J. Careno, Jeffrey  (Jeff) N. Murray and Charles (Chuck) E. Locke. We provide construction services as Design/Builders, Construction Managers and General Contractors for commercial, industrial, institutional and residential construction.

The Partners of Careno Construction Company, LLC have more than 100 years of combined experience serving clients in the commercial construction industries since the early 1970’s.

Well-reasoned, timely analysis adds value to a project that far outweighs the costs incurred for our services. Our clients bring us projects that are unique and specific in their requirements. We try to approach each project as an opportunity to use all the creative tools at our disposal

We offer solid advice and performance regarding construction, development and repairs of real property. Over the years, we have built strong relationships with clients and the trades that work with us based on our ability to get the job done on time and within the estimated budget. We enjoy the rewards that come with the ability to pass by a development or building knowing that we helped to create it. We welcome a challenge, and we love to be creative in our approach. This has meant that we have performed individual jobs numbering in the hundreds, under a variety of site, time and budget constraints.

We are experienced and practical problem solvers. We often assist property owners who need to understand and control projects. We can assist with representation of the owner on the site, scheduling and cost analysis, purchasing of long lead-time items, evaluation of contractor proposals, etc. During the construction period we can help with documentation of the progress of the work and evaluation of requests for changes. Our primary strength is that we can meet customer needs in a variety of ways and in a variety of locations. Our primary service area is northern New England.
