Established in 2000 by Olympian Chris Carmichael, the firm relies on a staff of more than 60 professional coaches and blends individualized coaching with online communication, alongside cycling, triathlon, and running camps and premium adventure travel experiences. CTS has helped more than 30,000 amateur and professional endurance athletes from all 50 states and 67 countries improve performance. Beyond coaching, it distributes training and sports-nutrition knowledge through published books, magazine columns, blogs, and weekly newsletters used by hundreds of thousands of athletes.
