Carvoyant is an enabling technology easing deployment of connected car applications. In otherwords, think back to the early days of the PC as well as the smart phone. Neither became ubiquitous until a platform was created to bring applications/programs to the consumer. Carvoant does the same for the connected car, however, rather than focusing on the in-vehicle-infotainment system, we are helping developers engage with the world around the car. With our system, applications are being created to connect the car to home automation, mobile parking, automated expense reporting of miles driven, monitor driving habits, etc. Our clients range from independent developers to auto insurers and auto dealer groups. We help all vehicles built since 1996 become connected by providing a device that plugs into the vehicle's OBD port and streams data to our servers via cellular networks. We normalize this data and provide API access to our clients.
