Catcord Construction located in Bergen County, New Jersey, was incorporated in 1996 as a construction manager/general contractor and has since created a solid history of projects completed both timely and on budget.  Catcord’s principals bring years of field supervision, experience and strong financial controls to each project that they are selected to manage.  Our track record of successful projects and satisfied clients has helped us develop a continuous backload of work that consists of both repeat customers and new clients who have learned of Catcord’s outstanding reputation.

As both a Construction Manager and a General Contractor, Catcord Construction is very active in the bid process and puts in place millions of dollars of construction work in place each year.
