Central Builders, Inc. was established by Carl Ehrlich in 1989. The business began primarily remodeling grocery stores and has since expanded its business to include many different aspects of the construction industry to include, but not limited to Ground Up projects, Remodels, TFO's, CMAR, Design Build, just to name a few. CBI is a nationwide company with the main headquarters being located in San Antonio, Texas. CBI also has satellite offices located in Denton, Texas and Las Cruces, New Mexico.
