We are a FinTech company and Municipal Advisor using proprietary, industry-specific technology to optimize our guidance, helping increase housing opportunities across the country. cfX provides financial advice to state and city housing finance agencies to help them to achieve their mission and financial goals, making housing more affordable in a sustainable manner. Our scope includes municipal private activity bond issuance, ongoing operating transactions, program advice and tax compliance for our clients. Our firm has roughly two dozen employees and is located in New York City. cfX and its predecessor firms have been advising HFAs for more than 30 years. We are a registered Municipal Advisor with the SEC and MSRB. We currently provide services to 17 state and city housing finance agencies across the country, including many of the largest and most complex HFAs, and are a member of NCSHA.
