ChaiseFitness has been widely recognized as an innovative and effective workout. Since its founding in
March 2012, ChaiseFitness has grown from an unknown New York fitness studio to a popular and
nationally recognized boutique fitness experience. ChaiseFitness and the co-founders Lauren Piskin and
Rachel Piskin have been written up and featured in a variety of web, television and print publications,
extolling the merits, inventiveness and effectiveness of the proprietary Reinvention Method.

ChaiseFitness's mission is to offer and provide its clientele the highest level boutique fitness experience—
safe, effective, fast and sustainable results. We will achieve this by employing fitness and dance
professionals at the top of their professions and who excel and are passionate about customer service and
the client experience. Our guiding principals are to provide a superior experience both inside and outside
of the workout room, support our clients in both mind and body, fuse our proprietary and innovative
Reinvention Method to facilitate quick and lasting results and to create, establish, develop and maintain
personal, lasting relationships with our clients.

ChaiseFitness strives to provide a full body and mind wellness experience for clients of all ages and body
types while providing concierge level customer service. Chaise Fitness and its Chair classes and other
provide an effective full-body workout. Chaise Fitness offers small class size which enables personal
attention and correction from the instructors leading to increased results. The studio additionally offers
concierge level customer service lending an air of exclusivity to an otherwise accessible fitness boutique.
