We manufacture and supply high quality ceramic proppant for the use of hydraulic fracturing process in oil and gas wells when optimized productivity is a goal.

We have begun the supply to the major Chinese oil and gas companies since 2006 and expanded to the international market in 2008. In 2010, Changqing together with 2 other plants have formed a joint venture in order to consolidate a large volume committed to the US market. The US supply was mainly to the Bakken field in North Dakota with a volume up to 70,000 MT per year from Changqing plant.

We have secured a long term contract with China Alumina to get a good supply of high quality bauxite ore from the contracted mines located in Taihang Mountain, which is the richest and highest quality with reserves over 60 billion MT.

In late 2012, Changqing Proppant Corporation was established in Houston, TX to accommodate the company’s growth as well as the ultimate goal, IPO.
