Chez Vous Home Care is a 24 hour provider of housing and private duty nursing services in a comfortable home setting.  We offer a welcoming alternative for individuals who need high quality medical attention but do not want to live in the clinical environment of a nursing home.  

Our staff of Registered Nurses are all specially trained and qualified to serve patients with complex medical needs in a home setting.  Respiratory Therapists are also on-call 24 hours a day to provide additional services as respiratory and ventilator related issues arise. You can be sure that they have the dedication and reliability needed to provide health care services with the high standard of quality and commitment you and your loved ones deserve.   

Our experienced team of professionals provide expert medical care including: 
 
Complex medical needs, including ventilator, trach, C-PAP, Bi-PAP, tube feeding, catheter care. 
Activities of daily living (Eating, toileting, bathing, grooming, dressing, transferring, mobility, and positioning) 
Assessments and documentation (done by a Registered Nurse)
Administration of IV medication
Wound treatments 
Care to end of life
Therapeutic services as needed
