Located in Oregon's Willamette Valley, Churchill Estates was built in 1977 and is still run to this day by one of the original owners. Originally opened in 1978 as an Independent Senior Retirement Living Community, Churchill Estates has expanded over the years to offer the Eugene Oregon area additional services helping those requiring Assisted Living, and Memory Care while creating a unique continuing care community.

 
Our Community
Churchill Estates provides a unique continuity of care experience for our residents that offers seniors peace of mind in knowing that as they may require more help in the future, they most likely won’t need to move to another place in town. On one campus, Churchill Estates can provide accommodations for those seeking an independent lifestyle, those who require just a little help with some daily tasks, to full assistance provisions, or the specialized support services provided in our memory care. One campus. One solution.

Independent Living: Opened in 1978, the original part of our facility provides apartments in a few different floor plans, activites and three meals a day to our active seniors.

Assisted Living North: Added 1980, our assisted living provides help with daily activities for our residents who require it, we offer studio apartments as well as a couple one-bedroom apartments.

Assisted Living South: Added in 1998 as a second wing of Assisted Living, our Assisted Living South provides care for residents that require more attention than is given in  Assisted Living North. We offer both private and shared rooms.

Memory Care: Our first Memory care wing opened in 2009, after seeing the need for more units in the Eugene area, we opened our second wing in 2012. Specializing in Alzheimer's and other forms of dementia. We provide a safe, secure environment for adults with memory impairments.
