Citation Oil & Gas Corp. is a privately held independent oil and gas company focused on acquiring, developing and producing hydrocarbon assets in the United States. Based in Houston, Texas, the firm traces its founding to 1981, when Forrest E. Harrell, Sr. established the company and began building a portfolio of mature, long-life properties through disciplined acquisitions and development.
