We got our start by helping Baltimore's youth, education and non profit community. That's a history that we're immensely proud of. We pride ourselves on keeping the mission of public service no matter if we're working with an individual customer, a business big or small, or our partners in the non profit community. Our technicians have over 12+ years of experience fixing, maintaining, installing technology and are Apple Certified Support Professionals and Apple Certified Technical Coordinators. Our technicians are also certified in Microsoft Certified Professionals, Computing Technology Industry Association (CompTIA) A+, CompTIA Network+, CompTIA Security+ and CompTIA Strata Green IT. We've been working with computers in the Fell's Point area for over 2 years. Currently we support a customer base of over 100 computers (Mac, Windows and Linux), 100 phones (yes that includes iPhone, Blackberry and Android) and another 100 or so technical devices (projectors, wireless access points, switches, firewalls, routers, servers, televisions, iPods, Flip Cameras, Digital Cameras, DVD Recorders, MP3 players and more).
