History:
• CloudHealth Technologies was founded in 2012 by Dan Phillips and Joe Kinsella. Dave Eicher joined as Co-Founder in January 2013. Based in Boston, CloudHealth Technologies was backed by Kleiner Perkins, Meritech Capital Partners, Sapphire Ventures, Scale Venture Partners, .406 Ventures, and Sigma Prime Ventures. 
• VMware acquired CloudHealth Technologies in October 2018. 
• In August 2022, VMware announced that CloudHealth is would be part of the VMware Aria portfolio and known as VMware Aria Cost powered by CloudHealth.
• In August 2023, VMware announced that CloudHealth would be part of the Tanzu Intelligence Services product family and known as VMware Tanzu CloudHealth.
• In May 2024, Broadcom selected Arrow Electronics to be the exclusive global provider of VMware Tanzu CloudHealth. Arrow now handles all go-to-market activities, including sales, marketing, and customer support, while Broadcom retains ownership of the platform with a focus on innovating the product's evolution and engineering.
