Coastal Search Associates, LLC is an  executive search firm dedicated to Life Science, Technology and Healthcare related industries. 
The firm is headed by Michael Terretti who has more than 17 years of search experience.
Since 1999, Mr. Terretti’s focus has been the Pharmaceutical and Biotechnology Industries. He also works in selected segments of Information Technology (ERP and Bioinformatics), Private Equity/Venture Capital & Healthcare. 
Having Personally worked in the Pharmaceutical, Biotech, Medical Diagnostics, Medical Device and Laboratory Service Industries enables us to better understand the needs of our clients and candidates. We are based Wilmington, North Carolina and have a national list of clients; with a majority of the clients located in North America. Our client companies range from early stage, venture capital-backed medical device and biotech companies to fully integrated, multinational pharmaceutical manufacturers.
