Coastal Technology Corporation (Coastal Tech), is a coastal engineering firm that provides planning and design services, environmental and permitting services, and construction administration services. Our projects consist of beach and dune restoration; beach and inlet management; erosion control structures such as seawalls and bulkheads; coastal parks and park restoration; marinas and marina redevelopment; wetland restoration; and coastal development projects. 

Coastal Tech assists owners, builders and developers with addressing site specific erosion issues, storm-induced flooding problems, and sensitive permitting challenges to build their projects in a cost effective and timely manner, with minimal impacts to the environment. Our coastal development services include:
- Site Assessments such as mapping of natural resources or, erosion & flood risk assessments, and FEMA Flood Zone analysis; 
- Permitting Assistance such as NEPA documents or, flushing studies and analyses for marinas; 
- Design Services from dunes and wetland restoration, to wave scour/wave load analyses for structures and shoreline stabilization; and
- Construction Management and Post-Construction activities including construction administration, permit compliance and post-construction monitoring.
