We are a small assisted living residence integrated into the Cobbdale neighborhood in Fairfax City. We have 2 full time Certified Nursing Assistants who live on site in the home. Our experienced Registered Nurse oversees the care of all residents. Our Executive Director (a fully Licensed Assisted Living Administrator), is on site each day ensuring high standards and the smooth operation of the residence. Our average resident to staff ratio of 3-1 makes it possible to consistently deliver truly resident centered care. Cobbdale becomes each residents home where they receive the truly personal care and attention needed to feel secure and cared for.
