CODE Green Solar, LLC was formed as a Sole Proprietorship in 1994 by its sole and only member Charles Kartsaklis under the name CEK Contractors. The company expanded and Incorporated under the name CODE Electrical Contractor’s in the State of Virginia after Charles received his Master Electrician’s License and Class B Builder’s License. Charles Kartsaklis, the company’s founder and only member is a third generation electrician with both a strong background and training in the electrical field. His electrical experience started at a young age, beginning his first job at the age of sixteen. Charles took advantage of his training to procure licenses in states through the east coast and start an electrical company. The company has experienced tremendous growth and prosperity since its inception due to its core values of honesty and a sense of pride in the work we perform.
