Acquisition Opportunity Cofessco Fire Protection has been acquired by Summit Fire Protection Co. effective April 16, 2024, expanding its corporate backing and potential cross-sell into Summit’s broader customer network across multiple states.

Expanded Territory Post-acquisition, leverage Summit Fire Protection’s footprint to pursue service contracts and maintenance renewals in Minnesota and neighboring regions, while continuing service in West Michigan and the existing Midwest area.

Financial Scale Revenue in the 25 to 50 million range and a growing corporate backing suggest budget availability for larger fire protection projects, systems upgrades, and compliance-driven service engagements.

Tech Enablement Cofessco utilizes modern web and performance technologies; this indicates emphasis on reliable service delivery processes. Offer compatible, scalable monitoring, remote diagnostics, and firmware/software updates as value-added services.

Service Depth With a long history since 1969 and emphasis on training and support, there is opportunity to upsell advanced maintenance programs, system retrofits, and compliance-ready certifications to existing mid-market customers.
