Legacy Transition Coffman Studio has formally closed as of December 31, 2022 with founder retirement, presenting a market opportunity for legacy project follow-through, ongoing maintenance contracts, or successor firms seeking to acquire client relationships and project pipelines in landscape architecture and planning.

Niche Expertise Specialization in open space, parks, recreation, historic preservation, campus planning, senior multi-housing, and multi-modal design positions you to upsell related services to municipal clients and university campus planners seeking integrated, site-responsive solutions.

Public-Sector Footprint Established relationships with multiple Arizona cities, counties, regional entities and master-planned communities create potential cross-sell opportunities for ongoing public-works projects, master plans, and design collaborations with firms that previously partnered with Coffman Studio.

Strong Reputation Award-winning leadership and a track record of recognized projects can be leveraged to approach successor firms or new clients as a trusted continuity provider for landscape architecture and planning deliverables, especially in similarly aspirational or historic-preservation initiatives.

Technology & Web Presence Current tech stack and online footprint (LiteSpeed, Squarespace/WordPress, MySQL, e-commerce capabilities) indicate potential for offering digital transformation services, project portals, or client-facing planning visualization tools to streamline procurement and engagement for public and private sector clients.
