Memphis real estate pioneers Majorie Coleman and Fran Etter formed Coleman-Etter Realtors, one of the first women-owned real estate agencies in the nation, in 1951. Fontaine Taylor became a full partner in 1985 and owner in 1987, and has been maintaining those standards ever since.
