Our Mission: CollegeTracks empowers first-generation-to-college students and students from low-income and immigrant households in Montgomery County, Maryland by helping them bridge systemic opportunity gaps with enough support to get to and through postsecondary education and on a career pathway. Our Vision: We envision a future in which every student who graduates from high school in Montgomery County, Maryland has equitable access to their chosen career pathway. Why?: We believe that everyone deserves a pathway to prosperity, regardless of who they are, how much they have, or where they come from, and we know that not every student in Montgomery County is now getting that opportunity. Equitable access to higher education will help us build a stronger, healthier, and more just future for Montgomery County. In partnership with our public school system, CollegeTracks provides hundreds of students each year with high-quality postsecondary admissions and financial aid advising at no charge, giving them the opportunity and support that every student needs and deserves. We continue to support these students throughout their postsecondary journey, helping them take control of their education and career. Since 2003, we have served over 8,000 MCPS students, and 99% of them have been accepted into higher education.
