1.Provide technical guidance for other members of the team.
2.Assist teaching supervisor to complete teaching plans and syllabus.
3.Prepare teaching materials and relevant handouts.
4.Provide test flight training to flight cadets, including mission briefings and reports.
5.Provide academic guidance related to flight training course.
6.Provide assistance to cadets regarding data analysis.
7.Verify and review flight test plans and reports.
8.Work together with other instructors and cross review all instructors’ technical capability and safety management skills.	
1.10 years of test flight or relevant experience.
2.Experience with test flights of at least 2 types of aircraft.
3.Participation in at least 3 flight training programs.
4.Familiar with FAA or EASA airworthiness regulations.
5.5 years of type certification test flight experience.
6.More than 4000 flight hours.
7.CPL or higher level FAA/EASA pilot license.
