The Austin Chapter has over 300 active members and is one of more than 60 Community Associations Institute chapters worldwide. Community Associations Institute (CAI) is a national membership association that provides information, education and resources to all those involved in community association governance and management. CAI's 32,000-plus members include homeowner volunteer leaders, community managers, association management companies and other professional service providers.
