At Community Care of the Lower Cape Fear (CCLCF), we are changing the healthcare experience by changing the way care is delivered. CCLCF is an independent, 501(c)(3) nonprofit and a National Committee for Quality Assurance (NCQA) accredited organization. CCLCF was launched in 2003 as an independent 501(c)(3). Based in Wilmington, North Carolina, our geographic footprint spans Bladen, Brunswick, Columbus, New Hanover, Onslow and Pender counties.
