Compel Fitness was founded in 2008 by Matt Dane. It was built on his desire to raise the bar in the fitness industry in two ways.

Currently operating personal training  studios in 23 locations across 5 states (and growing), they are now starting to bring their services national through an amazing online nutritional coaching program that has been years in the making. Currently employing a team of well over 100, their goal is nothing less than complete and total global domination.
