Competitive Resources, Inc (CRI) proudly boasts over 25 years of experience in providing residential and commercial retrofit and quality assurance services for utilities throughout the US.  Other services include database design/development, program planning and design, evaluation and marketing services. 

Current offices are located in CT, MA, FL, CO and CA. 

In CT, CRI is reponsible for delivery of the HES and HES-IE programs throughout the state under contract with UI, CL&P and CMEEC.  Over 10,000 SF and MF dwelling unit retrofits are completed each year.

In MA, CRI is the quality assurance vendor for MassSave, providing residential retrofit and new construction inspection services throughout MA and in RI.  Over 10,000 SF, MF and residenential new constructions inspections are conducted each year.  For selected electric PAs, CRI is also responsible for thousands of commercial quality assurance/verification inspections through MA and RI.

CRI remains privately held amongst three principals, including its founder and president, Bob Kemper.
