ComTech is a global on-site  computer service and maintenance organization located in Germantown, Maryland. They have over 4,700 technicians working in 900 field offices and 400 depot locations. Wherever the clients are located, they can assist in the United States, and across the globe, 24 hours a day, seven days a week to deploy our technicians. The technicians specialize in Systems Integration, Network Infrastructure, site Surveys and installations, VoIP/IP Telephony, SAN and NAS deployments, staff augmentations, Break Fix, iMAC, Voice and Data Wiring, Demarc extension, etc. We have the ability to dispatch field technicians in a 24x7x4 and 2 hour response mode as well as next business day. With our vast network of parts sparing depots our engineers and technicians always have access to the parts they need to quickly get the customer up and running.  Our clients have access to our web portal 24 hours a day that contains information that is pertinent to their calls.
Over 90% of our technician force has been with us since our start in 1994. Our concept has been to work with manufactures and VARs to offer quality technical field staff to cover a larger geographic area, therefore enlarging the footprint of that organizations field services with little to no cost. Our Field Engineers are prequalified and many have multiple certifications, and work with in-house operations staff, NOC and support centers
