The Consortium is a nonprofit think tank focused on customer engagement. Consortium Members created and continue to develop the widely-adopted Knowledge-Centered Support (KCS) and Intelligent Swarming methodologies. We offer numerous free resources to the public to promote widespread adoption of industry best practices and foster innovation in service organizations. Consortium Members are constantly workshopping and evolving what becomes our public resources, which have enabled countless stories of success! Membership also includes more detailed insights from fellow Members and exclusive opportunities for collaboration, learning, and personalized support. Our work integrates emerging business trends with Members’ operational perspectives to develop innovative strategies, models, and standards that enrich customer engagement.
