Construction Systems Group, Inc. (CSG) was founded in 1985. Our mission is to provide best value engineering services to our clients, designed around meeting our clients’ investment goals and ownership horizon. Our approach is based on in-depth technical expertise, creative problem solving, and a commitment to long-term client relationships.

CSG specializes in building envelope and structural restoration engineering; we have long-standing relationships with virtually all of the region’s major real estate owners, operators, and developers. Our client base is composed almost entirely referrals and repeat clients. Most of our projects are located in the Mid-Atlantic region, and include new construction, renovation, capital maintenance, forensics, office-to-residential conversions, and adaptive reuse of historic properties.
