Converge International is a wholly Australian owned company; one of the largest Employee Assistance Program, consulting and training providers in the country. We were the first provider in Australia to deliver EAP services and we have been operating since 1960. Today, we have over 700 qualified specialists who annually provide in excess of 300,000 hours of service, enabling us to reach and support your people across metropolitan, regional, remote and international locations.

In 2013 we joined forces with ResolutionsRTK in Victoria, which gives our organisation combined experience in excess of 80 years. This experience provides significant breadth and depth to our service offering, whether it be through Employee Assistance Programs (EAP), Critical Incident Debriefing, Organisational Development Consultancy, Career Transition and Outplacement Support, Training, Injury Management and Rehabilitation or Conflict Resolution and Mediation.
