Welcome to Converge. We are an Employee Assistance Program (EAP) provider supporting Australian and New Zealand organisations and their employees. We deliver mental health and wellbeing support services, as well as training and consulting services, to over 2.7 million employees and their immediate family members. But where did our journey begin? We’ve been operating since 1960 and were the first EAP service provider in Australia at that time. Over 60 years later, we boast a clinical network of approximately 2,000 specialists who support, on average, 14,000 people per month. We have the capability of reaching over 95% of Australians face-to-face, and borders do not restrict us. Over time, we’ve expanded. In 2013, we joined forces with ResolutionsRTK, opening significant breadth and depth to our service offering. In 2016, we acquired SafeSelect, which allowed us to deliver critical services.
