Convergence is a woman-owned agency based in Chicago, IL and Asheville, NC. As a team of creatives we combine design and play with the principles of good learning to create resilient systems of learning. Communicating impact through logic models, case studies, data visualizations, reports, videos, and value-creation stories.
Conducting formative evaluation and program reviews.
Mapping learning outcomes, goals, and needs to ensure alignment with program design.
Collecting data and stakeholder feedback that will inform decision-making and identify new opportunities for improvement.
