Mid-size contractor Cook Engineering Inc operates as a mid-size construction firm with estimated annual revenue between 10 and 25 million and a workforce of 11-50 employees, indicating opportunities to offer scalable construction management, PM software, and ERP integrations that fit growth without overhauling their systems.

Tech stack leverage The customer already uses modern web and collaboration tools (Microsoft 365, Google Cloud, Drupal/WordPress, Shopify) suggesting selling integrated IT and project collaboration solutions, cybersecurity enhancements, and site reliability services that align with their current digital footprint.

Sustainability potential As a Sacramento-based contractor, there may be demand for sustainable construction practices, energy-efficient building solutions, and green certification support to win public sector or municipal bids and differentiate in a competitive regional market.

Growth opportunities With revenue in the lower-middle segment and a relatively small team, Cook Engineering could benefit from scalable project management software, CRM adoption, and field-to-office workflow optimizations to improve bid throughput and project margins.

Competitive positioning Comparative landscape shows peers with larger headcount and revenue; position a tailored value proposition around cost control, faster delivery, and integrated tech stack improvements to help Cook Engineering compete for larger projects and retain clients.
