The company is headquartered in Port Orford, Oregon, and maintains area offices in Port Orford, Coquille, Gold Beach, and Brookings. 
It serves rural regions east and south of Coos Bay in Coos County, a portion of Douglas County, and all of Curry County except Langlois. In 2026, the cooperative received the Electric Cooperative Purpose Award from the National Rural Electric Cooperative Association, and in January 2026 launched the Connected Senior Program in Brookings in collaboration with its broadband subsidiary, Beacon Broadband.
