Hi! My name is Jamie, and I’m the Founder and President of Covered Goods®. I’m a mom (of four!) who loves the beach, crafting, and spending time with my kids.

I breastfed all of my children and spent years searching for the perfect nursing cover up. Three kids in, I had pretty much tried them all! There was always something I didn’t like about the options out there—the stiff fabric, awkward neckline, and the fact that this big piece of fabric took up so much space in my diaper bag and could only be used for one purpose: nursing.

So, in 2012 (after the birth of my third daughter), I set out to come up with a solution. In the corner of my two-bedroom apartment, I constructed a full coverage nursing cover using a sewing machine and some leftover fabric. I didn’t know it then, but that was the prototype for Covered Goods®. The next day I took my two toddlers and newborn to Disneyland and was—for the first time ever—able to nurse comfortably, without fear of being exposed.

Since then my business has grown exponentially, and it's all because of my incredible customers. Covered Goods® is the industry's first four-in-one nursing cover—it can also be used as a car seat cover, shopping cart cover, or scarf. Covered Goods® nursing covers allow your baby to breastfeed freely; there aren’t any straps, rings or cords to mess with, and each cover takes just seconds to put on and take off. The flexible neck is designed to be worn down under one arm to give you even more freedom while nursing. You can even peek in on your baby and make sure your little one has latched properly.
