Craftbuilt is a design-build firm. We handle every aspect of the construction process in-house, from planning and design to construction and certificate of occupancy. Our work includes renovations to older homes, historic work, additions, and new construction. Our work area is from Grant Park to Dunwoody. Our typical projects start at $200,000. At the very core of what we do is planning. All projects begin with a rigorous and detailed modelling. Our architectural team will carefully map out all affected areas in ArchiCAD, and then create a beautifully composed plan and design set which we will use for cost estimating and for the remainder of the project. Without correct plans, accurate quotation is not possible. Our dedication to excellence does not stop at the planning phase. We build our projects using cutting-edge technology and products in the field that assure tighter, stronger, and more energy efficient structures – like Zip wall, and energy efficient headers and corners.
