Crawford Partnership is an established and award-winning ‘boutique’ design-led architecture and interior design practice based in North London. We are a RIBA Chartered Practice, with experience of a variety of sectors including residential, conservation and heritage, mixed-use, retail, commercial, civic and educational projects.

With a niche in backland and infill sites, the practice has built a reputation for innovative design on small challenging sites. These skills give us a unique appreciation for space, light and budget, which we successfully apply to our larger projects, maximising the potential of every scheme for our clients.

Our approach, based on our philosophy, looks as engaging with the client to develop the brief, evolve concept designs to gain planning consent. Once secured, we can complete the detailed design work in preparation for the construction process, working towards completion.

We are interested in how London and other cities will grow to meet increasing and increasingly urban populations, whilst providing lifetime neighbourhoods to meet people's changing needs. This includes an interest in off-site manufacturing and other innovative and sustainable construction techniques. Our experience will also help to mitigate risks and we have consistent proven our ability to design and build to meet our client's cost limits.
