Cream Health Care supply temporary and interim Nurses, Care Assistants and Support Workers into Nursing, Residential and Community settings throughout Staffordshire and Cheshire. With this ethos we have developed strong relationships with our staff and in many cases with their families. Our staff now refer to the Cream Team as their ‘mentors’ as we guide and advise them. This has enabled us to provide a consistently high calibre of service whilst avoiding the high levels of staff turnover which are often found within the sector. Many of our staff have been with us since 2009 when we launched Cream Care.
