Creative Facilitating and Coaching is an Arlington, Virginia based business offering leadership coaching and organization development services. It is a woman-owned small business, registered with the Federal Government's System for Award Management and with the Commonwealth of Virginia's eVA vendor database.  We support new perspective, new awareness and positive change.

Our coaching work with individuals and groups helps people connect to other perspectives, to new awareness and to new possibilities so they can develop paths for moving forward. We provide topical workshops, individual coaching over a period of months, facilitation of group conversations, change management support and design and facilitation of retreats.  We bring our own creativity and inspiration to the task of making each client experience fresh and meaningful.  

The principal, Kathleen (Kate) Trygstad, holds a Masters degree in organization development from George Mason University in Virginia, a coaching certification from the International Coach Federation and is a graduate of Newfield Network coach training program.

We have extensive relationships with organization development practitioners and coaches in the national capital area.  Our work may be scaled to large organizations with a team of exceptional professionals.  We have been in business since 2005, bringing services to satisfied clients in private industry, government agencies and nonprofit companies, and to individuals seeking services in a private capacity.
