Founded in 1977 by Grove president and organizational consultant David Sibbet, The Grove has helped a range of clients, from Fortune 500 businesses to nonprofit organizations, meet a diverse set of organizational challenges and achieve their goals. The Grove’s offices overlook the Golden Gate Bridge in the Presidio of San Francisco and are located in the Thoreau Center for Sustainability between George Lucas’s Letterman Digital Arts Center and the San Francisco Film Centre. From this base, The Grove is at the core of a worldwide network of more than forty consultants, designers, and other practitioners using visualization to guide change and transformation, as well as numerous other affiliated companies.
